We loved our stay in the Lookout Suites. The views are amazing and the location perfect. The ocean right there and the beach absolutely fantastic. Breakfast at the Inn in town was nice, too, since we planned to do some sightseeing in St. Augustine every morning anyway and the parking at the Inn super comfortable. Staff were great and especially Ann who is taking care of the cottages at the beach was very friendly and went out of her way to get us checked in. Great experience all around.
We spent a long weekend (3 nights) here and it felt like total vacation. The location and the privacy of unit 93 are unsurpassed. A very brief walk to the beach, a fabulous sundeck, a nice porch. Ideal for relaxing. The room was nice but not gorgeous with a very nice shower. They brought breakfast every morning which was a nice gesture and got us started but in all honesty, it was a little under par. Staff was very friendly and made us feel truly welcome. We will make sure to come back!

Stayed at the Dunes suite for our honeymoon. We didn’t want to deal with parking garages, elevators, and people running everywhere. The included breakfast basket was just enough to get the day started so we could get out to the beach. The included chairs and umbrellas were nice, didn’t have to pack anything for the trip. Our unit also had a very good AC during all this heat, and kept us comfortable. Some things to keep in mind, the lower patio is great but you’re in the dunes. Remember to use some bug repellents as mosquitos will find you. Also be mindful of turtle season, you will have to keep your blinds closed at night. Staff were very friendly. Overall we will be coming back, may try a different room next time for a different feel.
My husband and I are here now and loving every moment! We had originally booked a resort, but wanted something more quiet. The beach cottages are perfect if you're looking for some privacy. The beach is just steps away and downtown is a quick drive away. The breakfasts have been awesome and the service is great as well! We're having a blast and already talking about returning! Thank you so much for a great vacation!
With breathtaking views and a private balcony overlooking the Atlantic, this is a beautiful place for a quiet, romantic getaway. Within a 10 minute drive of St Augustine and all the tourist attractions, this provides convenient accommodations. Staff will deliver a breakfast basket to your room or you can go to the sister property to have a more formal breakfast. We loved our stay.
We stayed at one of their ocean-front cottages with a deck facing the ocean. Great view of the ocean and we enjoyed it for every morning coffee. Breakfast was delivered every morning in an insulated basket and contained an excellent assortment of fruit, yogurt and a hot entree that we heated in the microwave. A great perk is the free parking in a downtown lot and happy hour at their downtown location. which made it easy to enjoy both the beach and downtown. Great customer service and pleasant people to deal with. Would definitely stay there again.
Stayed at Sandpiper Suite - the location was amazing, quiet area right on the beach with private access. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only issues we found were with cleanliness and a little bit older amenities (there was some sand in the bed, hair in the shower, and the shower water pressure was extremely low.) Overall, was a lovely stay, but would probably book something of more value for this price.
